Cream of butternut squash with garlic & herb croutons & drizzle with chilli oil

Duck Bon Bon with pickle raisins & soya puree, crispy apple julienne, plum & sweet chilli dressing

Smoked salmon carpaccio with golden beetroot, micro amaranth & citrus dressing

Trio of golden, red & candy beetroot with goat cheese curd, hazelnut crumble & drizzle with virgin rapeseed oil

Mains

Slow cook feather blade of beef with horseradish mash, roast carrots, tender stem broccoli, shallots & rich red wine jus

Pan fried chicken breast with celeriac puree, fondant potato, seasonal melody vegetable & buere blanc sauce

Pan fried salmon fillet with pink risotto, butternut squash puree, chargrilled Asparagus with orange emulsion

Red pepper & goat cheese ravioli with rustic tomato sauce, crispy rocket, grated hard cheese & toasted pine nuts
